(Cambodia) Power Transmission Lines Co., Ltd. (CPTL) is a Cambodian company established in 2006 to execute a concession agreement with the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC). Under the concession, CPTL is responsible for the investment, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of power transmission infrastructure, including transmission substations and transmission lines, serving northwestern Cambodia.With nearly two decades of experience in the power transmission industry, (Cambodia) Power Transmission Lines Co., Ltd. (CPTL) has established a strong track record in the investment, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of high-voltage transmission infrastructure.

The company operates in accordance with international standards and best practices, supported by strong corporate governance and a highly experienced team of engineering, operations, and maintenance professionals.
